Construction work has completed on two new high specification units of 31,300 sqft & 14,250 sqft at Hodgetts Estates’ Core 42 Tamworth Business Park, near junction 10 M42.

The specification of the units matches the prime location and includes large secure private yards, large power supplies, mains gas, EPC ‘A’ rating, 10%-15% rooflights, WCs, showers, cycle storage, siphonic drainage and automatic Hormann Level Access Doors.
